All appropriate shots for the puppy’s age have been given, and a record of this vaccination and de-worming history is supplied. The seller asking to a buyer to have a puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase . If it is determined to be unhealthy, puppy must be returned within 48 hours, accompanied by a letter from the examining veterinarian, for an exchange of equal value only. Seller has the right to obtain a second opinion from another veterinarian to confirm diagnosis. After 48 hours all sales are final. The seller assumes no responsibility for the puppy after leaving the premises, including any medical expenses. All pet puppies will be placed on limited registration. I will hold registration paperwork until proof of spaying/neutering is sent to me. GUARANTEE: Seller guarantees the puppy against congenital defects making him/her unsuitable as a pet until the 12th month of age. This policy shall also include a grade 3 or larger heart murmur (puppy will outgrow stage 1-2). Guarantee does not cover Patella’s, parasites or Hypoglycemia. Seller agrees to replace the puppy with a puppy of equal value from next available litter. If the buyer choose to keep the puppy and accept partial refund, with receipt of proof of spay/neuter and return of registration papers, a refund of 50% of purchase price will be issued. Seller does not guarantee fertility of a puppy. If a puppy dies from natural causes, Buyer’ s sole remedy should be a puppy from next available litter. In order to be entitled to this remedy, Buyer must furnish Seller, at Buyer’s cost, with a result of an autopsy by a licensed veterinarian stating the cause of death. This guarantee applies only to original purchaser, as named on the sales contract. This guarantee is not transferable. If you had your puppy shipped, you have to sign and return copy of this contract within 7 days, via regular mail (USPS). All legal matters must be resolved in the Jurisdiction of Orange county in the State of Florida. SIZE: We cannot guarantee the size/weight of the puppy when fully grown. We can only guess the size based on the parent’s size, past litters and the birth weight of the puppy. EXCLUSIONS: Failure to vaccinate by a proper schedule, heartworms or any other types of parasites, or failure to seek veterinarian attention as needed will nullify this guarantee. The buyer agrees to maintain the puppy's health in good condition, and to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, heartworm test, and any other usual procedures necessary to assure good health.
